30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions
We want you, the Customer, to be completely satisfied with your purchases of truSpring products. If for any reason a Customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they may contact us to receive a refund according to the following terms and conditions:
1 In order to receive a refund under these terms and conditions, the Customer must notify truSpring Customer Care via email at help@truSpring.com within 30 days of Customer taking delivery of their truSpring Product and request a refund under these terms and conditions.
2 The Customer must provide photo evidence of the Product in question. The Product must be retained in the possession of the Customer for 7 days after Customer submits their claim pending truSpring instructing Customer to ship the Product back to truSpring.
3 A refund in accordance with these terms and conditions will be for 100% of the purchase price paid by Customer. truSpring reserves the right to not provide a refund on any relevant freight costs paid by Customer.
4 The 30-Day refund period will commence on the date that the Customer accepts delivery of the Product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be specified as 3 business days from the date truSpring shipped the Product to Customer.
5 After receiving notification from Customer, truSpring will issue a refund as soon as is reasonably practicable and will notify the Customer via e-mail. Where possible, refunds will be processed by reversing the initial Customer transaction. Customer will not hold truSpring liable for any delays that may occur in Customer receiving the refund as a result of any third-party payment gateway.

7 The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to retail purchases made online through truSpring.com.
