Money-Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions
We want you, the Customer, to be completely satisfied with your purchases of truSpring products. If for any reason a Customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they may contact us to receive a refund according to the following terms and conditions:
1 In order to receive a refund under these terms and conditions, the Customer must notify truSpring Help! via email at help@truSpring.com and request a refund under these terms and conditions.
2 The Customer must ship, at the Customer's expense, all used and unused products/containers to truSpring at the address noted below.
3 A refund in accordance with these terms and conditions will be for 100% of the purchase price paid by Customer for each used and unused product/container returned, less any transaction and shipping fees paid by truSpring.
5 truSpring will issue a refund as soon as is reasonably practicable and will notify the Customer via e-mail. Where possible, refunds will be processed by reversing the initial Customer transaction. Customer will not hold truSpring liable for any delays that may occur in Customer receiving the refund as a result of any third-party payment gateway.
6 truSpring reserves the right to make changes to these Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions upon publication.
7 The Money-Back Guarantee applies only to retail purchases made online through truSpring.com or one of its officially affiliated sites. The Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to the following items, which are non-refundable purchases: truGrow 1-gallon and truGrow 2.5 gallon containers.
